Hi Schewy Lass and welcome to the forum. You’re so right about Facebook! I’ve had the same experience with the NHS – treatment good, advice lacking. It’s hard to advise in fairness because everyone’s experience is very different but that should be addressed with more research. There’s more and more people suffering from this I’m afraid.
