Hi all I am from Ayrshire in Scotland and was diagnosed 2 years ago . I suppose to some extent I have been lucky with no major flare ups and can eat a lot of foods others cannot. In saying that I get gut aches almost daily and bouts of being an olympic toilet runner. Again with this I am careful in what I eat but find todays good food could be next months bad food. Good to be able to chat here without all the background music of same posts over again and wish the group all the success
