Diverticulitis.club offers a monthly auto-renewing subscription that provides access to premium dashboard features and downloadable PDF reports.

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, free trials and refunds are handled.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.


2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the end of the trial if you do not wish to continue.

3. Monthly Subscription & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions:

  • Are billed monthly.
  • Renew automatically each month.
  • Continue until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time via your account settings.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

You will retain access until the end of the paid period.


4. No Refunds Once Subscription Begins

Because Diverticulitis.club provides immediate access to digital content and premium reports:

  • Refunds are not provided once a paid subscription period has started.
  • This includes situations where the service has been partially used.
  • This includes cases where premium reports have been accessed or downloaded.

We encourage users to make full use of the 7-day free trial before committing to a paid subscription.


5. Cooling-Off Rights (UK Consumer Law)

Under UK consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services.

However, when you start your paid subscription and access the premium dashboard or reports, you:

  • Expressly request immediate access to the digital service, and
  • Acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once full access to the digital service begins.

By proceeding with payment and accessing premium content, you agree to this waiver.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (for example, duplicate billing or technical error), we may review refund requests at our discretion.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe.
  • Stripe submits the refund immediately.
  • Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
  • In some cases, recent charges may appear as a reversal rather than a separate credit.
  • Final processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

We do not control bank processing times once the refund has been submitted.


8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence of service access.
  • Any outstanding fees may remain payable.
