Hi I’m new here I just got diagnosed with pancolonic diverticulosis , and I’m was so surprised since I try to live healthy lifestyle no smoking, no alcohol. I eat mostly vegetables and rarely red meat . I am 60 years old . It’s too hard to accept it .but I know it’s reality I have to accept it.is there any advice. Or I thought eating lots of fiber will help prevent it . Should I change my diet to eating meat now . I had colonoscopy because when I eat quinoa I have excruciating pain but every thing else I have no problems. Just noticed if I eat meat and oily stuff I get constipated that why my diet is mostly vegetables.ant thoughts so I can feel normal again.and by the way also doctor found a small area of thickening so he took biopsy, Sunghee possible cancer now too?
